Shoot a belt-fed machine gun out of a helicopter!

$1,950 minimum price for up to 3 shooters, (not per person).  The Door Gunner package provides our guests with the ultimate firearms experience. Customers will be familiarized with operating in and around the helicopter and operating the M249 SAW belt-fed machine gun by our experienced crew. Once in the helicopter, customers will experience two gun runs on our purpose-built aerial gun range under the direction and control of our helicopter range masters. As always, safety will come first, and customers will be required to listen to and comply with all directions from the pilot and range safety officer.

Machine Gun Helicopters (MGH) provides guests with helicopter rides in Las Vegas that offer the ultimate firearms experience. MGH offers the only helicopter adventure in the world where civilians can fire a fixed M249 (SAW) belt fed machine gun from a helicopter. The action is intense; prepare for an exhilarating flight combined with firing a classic piece of fully-automatic military firepower!

Pricing

If you have three or fewer people in your group for one of our helicopter rides in Las Vegas, you will get 375 rounds for $1,950. This is the same price for a single-person or a two-person group. Add an extra person to your helicopter adventure for $650. For extra rounds, you can purchase additional sets of 125 rounds for $250. A video of your experience is also available for FREE!

Experience

MGH offers the only experience in the world where civilians can fire a fixed machine gun from a military chopper. If pulse-pounding action is your idea of a fun helicopter ride, this is a much better flight than any other helicopter ride in Las Vegas. You’ll experience what it’s like to be a military door gunner on a helicopter!

Hours of Operation 

We offer two shoots per day: a morning shoot and an afternoon shoot. The morning shoot departs at 7:30 a.m. and the afternoon shoot departs at 11:30 a.m.  Guests are picked up on the Vegas Strip at designated locations.

Requirements

  • There are 6 slots available for each shoot (12 total for the day).
  • Reservations are essential, as this adventure books up quickly.
  • Customers must call or book online.
  • Ages 15 – 17 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
  • 18 and older are permitted without a guardian.
  • Can NOT shoot if pregnant.
  • Intoxicated customers will be refused; customers may be breathalyzed.
  • All shoots are dependent on safe flight conditions, including weather.
  • All helicopter flights must be taken with our helicopter range masters.

Briefing & Simulator

Prior to getting in the helicopter, guests go through a complete briefing and rehearsal of the shoot in our simulator.

Groups & Parties

6 seats are available twice a day. Please call if you need specific group accommodations.

Transportation is included and complimentary.

Free transportation is provided from the Vegas Strip to the outdoor range in the Nevada mountains.

Executive Helicopter Transport

Executive helicopter transport from the Strip is also available for an additional fee.
